HELLAFIT will happily exchange your garment IF the garment is faulty or if you have ordered the incorrect size. HELLAFIT will not exchange any garment if the buyer has simply changed their mind. All atire must be unwashed, unworn and unused for us to accept the exchange. Customers who wish to exchange a garment must contact us on no later than 5 days after its arrival.


All returns must not be:

  • ¬†Altered
  • Damaged
  • Washed


Unfortunately, HELLAFIT does not offer refunds unless there is a fault in the garment on arrival. Wash and wear refunds do not apply.

HELLAFIT is not responsible for the returned shipping cost on exchanges or unclaimed items. An additional charge will be applied for all returned shipping cost. All purchases within Australia exchanges will be charged a $10 exchange fee.

Acceptable reasons for an exchange will not include the additional fee. Received merchandise in the incorrect size, colour or a Manufacturers defect.

We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.
